Eddie Bazil

Eddie Bazil

Eddie’s professional musical career started during his teens, when he became a programmer for some of the most notable Electro/New Wave and Dance/Rap bands of the time, including AON, DJ Shadow, Juice, Pet Shop Boys, Spandau Ballet, C Campbell, Bobin, Paul Dee, Jets Orchestra, DJ Krush and many more. His career and experience progressed as he became a popular remixer and producer, working on projects with Busta Rhymes, SFP, Bobin, Dee, DJ Krush, DJ Shadow, Sleeveless, Greensleeves, 9 Bar and Gam Productions, with many of his tracks achieving top chart positions. Eddie later created a number of independent film scores and theatre soundtracks, as well as producing material for Emu/Ensoniq, Propellerheads, Kiesel, Sound Effects Library, Native Instruments and Arturia, to name just a handful. He is currently involved in various production, remixing and sound-design projects, as well as sharing his knowledge by teaching workshops and providing online tuition through Samplecraze. Eddie has also been a contributing writer for Sound on Sound, and has published several books on audio technology.

Iain Morland

Iain Morland

An audio editor, sound designer, programmer, and writer, Iain specializes in sample library production for virtual instruments, and in particular audio editing and programming in the Kontakt and MachFive scripting languages. In addition to numerous virtual instrument credits, Iain has contributed sound design to film, theatre, game, and website projects for an international client base. Iain is the core programmer for our NI Kontakt modules. As well as having a rock solid foundation in audio, Iain has been a lecturer in English Literature at Cardiff University, a lecturer in Health Psychology at the University of the West of England and a researcher in the School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies at Cardiff University.

Tom King

Tom King

Tom is a web development consultant specializing in websites for the Higher Education sector and the music industry. He is currently working on GUI designs for future Stretch That Note releases, developing global streaming audio cloud-based solutions, and a multitude of websites spanning a range of technologies such as Drupal, Wordpress, bespoke ColdFusion programming and jQuery. He also manages the day to day upkeep of the Samplecraze network. Tom is a classically trained singer by trade, with a degree in Music from Oxford, and can also be found hiding away in his drum studio when time allows.
